Professor J. Bihari – Chairman
Prof Behari is a leading environmentalist with his name figuring in international directory of distinguished leaderships having more than 100 papers to his credit mostly in bioelectromagnetics and soil moisture measurements. He has been a fellow member and adjunct faculty at university of Michigan U.S. He has been awarded honorary degree of DSc at Ansted University UK in Bioelectromagnetics. He is also a recipient of fellowship from Japanese Association of Cultivation Sciences and British Council. The University Grants Commission of India recognizes him as a career awardee. Prof. Behari is a sitting member executive of many environmental societies in India. He has been a past chairman of IEEE ED MTT and is a senior member of Commission K of URSI. Currently he is Professor at School of Environmental sciences at JNU. Prof. Behari is the Chairman of Cogent EMR Solutions Limited and the company is touching new heights under his able leadership.

Mr. Ved Prakash Sandlas - Pricipal Advisor
Mr. Ved Prakash Sandlas was a Distinguished Scientist and Chief Controller R&D at DRDO HQ. He had also been Director, DEAL, Dehradun and Project Director, Satellite Launch Vehicle (SLV-3) and Director, Electronics Group at VSSC, ISRO, Trivandrum. He contributed significantly to Electromagnetic Interference and Compatibility, Satellite Systems, Telematics, Electronics, Radio Sciences, Cyber Security and Missile Technologies. He is currently working as Principal Advisor, Cogent EMR Solutions Limited.

Dr. V. S. Tripathi- President Technical
Dr. Vijay S. Tripathi is a renowned scientist with a rich DRDO background with expertise in development of Anti Radiation Fabric for Defense services. Dr. Tripathi has joined the company as President Technical on full time assignment. His core area within the organization is product development, commercial production, vendor development and supply chain management.
